Lovely guy. Very clean work and fair quote. He’s coming back to replace my stop tap soon. Very happy. Well, Joe came back as promised and conquered many problems involved in replacing the stop tap and also took the opportunity to repair my cold water tap which had suddenly stopped working. He used his ingenuity and experience to work out solutions and leave me with everything functioning as it should. Thanks Joe. You are truly a star.

Joe was quick to respond. He offered a quote for the work or an hourly rate. We agreed a day and time and Joe arrived to do the work as agreed. Joe was polite and friendly, very neat and tidy and the work was completed promptly. I would definitely contact Joe again if I have plumbing work needed and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Joe took a few days longer in replacing our shower cubicle than he initially expected but he did a first rate job for a good price. Excellent communication. Would recommend.

He came on time, did a great work without trying to take short cuts ( as some do!), He was very professional and finished the whole work in the day. His fees were good and he didn't try to charge me for extra ( again, as some do). I will recommend him and I will use him, from now on, everytime I have a plumbing problem.

Joe was great - friendly and professional. Installed a new radiator for us, he went over and above by fitting a new piece of skirting board for us at the same time so we didn't have trouble with it when we come to put the rest of the skirting up in the future (something we didn't think of and are very thankful for!)

Turned up on time, was polite and friendly,, he installed a radiator in my kitchen and the job was great, he also managed to fix another radiator i had in the hallway which wasnt heating up to the maximum. Fantastic job and very efficient.

Joe gave a very reasonable quote for replacing two radiators, he bought them and installed them quickly, with no mess left. He also gave us advice and did some research for another radiator we might change in the future. His communication and service was excellent, he was friendly and professional, and we’ll definitely contact him if we need a plumber again. We’d highly recommend his work.
